Ingredients:

2 lb. grated quince

2 lb. sugar

1/4 cup water

Juice of 1 lemon

10 cloves
Directions:

In your instant pot, mix quince with sugar and stir well

Add water and stir again

Tie cloves in а cheesecloth and add to the pot as well

Cover and cook at High for 10 minutes.

Release pressure for 10 minutes, carefully open the lid; stir sauce again and transfer to jars.

Serve on top of cakes
