Ingredients:

8 oz. crushed pineapple

1 cup. brown rice

1/4 cup. pineapple juice

1 tbsp. butter
Directions:

Put everything in your instant pot pressure cooker and seal the lid

Hit “Manual” and adjust time to 7 minutes

When time is up, wait 1 to 2 minutes before quick-releasing.

Stir and serve!
