Ingredients:
1 ¼ cups. vegetable stock
2 cups. brown rice
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
1 ¼ cups. French Onion soup
Directions:
Put all of the ingredients in the Instant Pot. Stir to incorporate.
Close and lock the lid. Press “Manual”. Set to “High” pressure and the time for 22 minutes
When the timer beeps, let the pressure release naturally.
Serve warm. If desired, garnish with parsley
