Ingredients:
8 apples, cored and chopped.
1 tsp. cinnamon powder
2 drops cinnamon oil
1 cup water
Directions:
Put apples in your instant pot, add the water, close the lid and cook at High for 8 minutes
Quick release the pressure, carefully open the lid; add oil and cinnamon and puree using an immersion blender. serve cold.
